The Collaborative Law process is an out-of-court advocatory conflict resolution model. Each party is represented by their own specially trained collaborative lawyer. The conflict resolution is done within a team that observes elements of mediation. Special communication and conflict resolution techniques are applied.
If necessary, depending on the circumstances and needs, further experts who have been trained in this model may also be invited, for example, expert witnesses, coaches, accountants, public auditors, consultants, and relevant experts from every conceivable professional field. These are assigned by the parties.
The collaborative process is carried out with the involvement and cooperation of the parties. The goal is a win-win situation for all parties.
